Most Artefact pieces are made to order. That means we build your piece to the agreed size, configuration and fabric, then schedule delivery once it is complete. We’ll confirm your selections in writing before production starts.
Do I need to visit the showroom?

Not always, but it helps, especially for fabric selection. Seeing texture, weave and tone in person is the fastest way to choose with confidence. If you cannot visit, we can guide you remotely with recommendations based on your room and the look you’re aiming for.

Yes. Proportion is everything. If you share a few room photos and rough measurements, we can recommend the best scale and configuration for your space, including practical considerations like walkways, sightlines and how the room is used.
Otherwise we have a complete end-to-end interior design and styling service where we can support you in selecting furniture for anything from a single room to a whole house.

Yes. If you want higher-touch guidance, we can support you through a phone consult, or an in-home styling session where we consider the broader context of your home, finishes and furniture plan.
When is my order confirmed?

Your order is confirmed once the specifications are agreed in writing and the deposit is received (where applicable). At that point we schedule production.

Sometimes, but changes are time-sensitive. Once production begins, changes may not be possible or may incur additional cost. We’ll confirm the approval point for your order so you know exactly when specifications become locked.
